In response to rapid residential growth within Commerce City’s Northern Range, the city commissioned Zing! and Godfrey Press to examine the area’s market dynamics and to recommend an economic development plan. The study included residential, retail, commercial and industrial market analyses, as well as
suggestions regarding economic development strategies, market positioning and design guidelines.
